BB Creams
Aka Beauty Balms in the western countries and Blemish Balms in Korea, had been around since the 60s. It was used to help patients who had peels or treatment to hide skin redness. Nowadays, BBs are used as a tinted moisturizers or foundation. They provide coverage and skin hydration with added benefits. They are considered "All-in-1" consisting of brightening, hydrating, healing, anti-aging, anti-wrinkles properties. Some BBs even have SPF Sun protections which is important nowadays.

They also helps to conceal pigmentations such as acne marks, and are lighter than foundations. They cut down all the extra steps by putting everything in 1 tube. With prolong usage, BBs can also improve our skin conditions.

CCs (Colour Correction or Colour Control)
CCs contains colour correcting properties, that BBs don't. Other than that, they offer similar benefits. CCs provide better coverage and helps to correct our skin colour. CCs are suitable for people who wants to improve their skin conditions, such as dull, uneven skin and pigmentation.

DDs (Dynamic Do-it-all)
DDs usually will contain botanical oils, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and peptides, suitable for aging skins. If you want to focus on covering spots and diminishing wrinkles at the same time, DD is for you.

Do note that different companies will come out with different types of BBs, CCs or DDs. There may be other added benefits that makes the different companies stand out in the market.

If you are not sure which is better, do ask the skin consultants so that they can recommend you something that best suits your skin.

Lotsa Love,
XiaYuTian

Reviews: Orbis Aqua Peeling Gel

I've never been a fan of peeling gel. I've tried a few brands before, but somehow, I don't think that it works. It's not that it doesn't clear the dead skin, but rather, I can use the peeling gel continuously 3 times on the same place and still, there are lots of dead skin. So it's either the peeling gel doesn't work or I've got too much dead skin.... I got this sample months back when I shopped at the Pop-Up store at Ion. I tot I should try this out since I've been enjoying some of their products. It's a clear gel, turns watery upon application. I like the fact that the dead skins clumps together instead of the usual when they will drop everywhere in the bathroom. I did a second 'test' right after the first usage on the same area. Guess what?  Orbis Aqua Peeling Gel is really up to my expectations.... The first application had removed quite a bit of the dead skin on my hands, and during th...

I'm here to give you some tips on how to make online shopping at QOO10 a breeze, without the fear of being cheated. 1. Sign up for an account The first thing to do is to sign up for an account. Click here to sign up now. 2. Search for your products Normally I will search for the products under the best selling category. It means that the item is very popular with a lot of buyers. 3. Check out the seller's/Shop's review Compare and check the reviews. Look out for details such as quality, delivery and seller's service. I will normally skip products that are cheap but there's no review, as I don't like to take risks. I will rather spend a few dollars more to buy from reputable sellers/shops. Another thing to take note is that a ...
