Rain's Love Notes

Valantine's day is just around the corner, and instead of the usual stuffs of gift guides, Valentine's Day dinner spread, I tot I can share some little notes or tips that can improve the relationship between you and your love ones....

So I need a name for this and the rest of the up coming little post..... Hmmm... How about calling them Rain's Love Notes?

So here I go with my 1st note....

When do you say 'I Love You' to your love ones? 

During their birthday, anniversaries, or Valentine's day?

For me, I make it a point to say it once a day to Mr Wonderful each night before we fall asleep. You must be thinking, why only once a day, and why did I choose to say it before we fall asleep at night? 
I believe in living my life without regrets. We will never know what will happen to us tomorrow, or rather, will we wake up again tomorrow? I know, it may sound ridiculous to you but that is life. I hope that I can live longer than Mr Wonderful, cos I dun want him to be alone if I go before him. And if I really go before Mr Wonderful, I will have no regrets cos I had told him that I love him the last time before I go. 

Now why at night before we fall asleep? 
Well, we may have a hard day at work, taking care of the kids or doing chores, and hearing your love ones telling you that they love you will let us feel that everything that happen is worthwhile, and we can sleep better too, cos you know that your love one is always by your side....

So have you told that special someone that you love him/her? 
Be generous, and tell them that you love them once a day.

Eat And Drink: Christmas with Starbucks & Final Giveaway for 2015

Have you tried the Christmas beverages from Starbucks?  美味しいです。。(Delicious in Japanese) This year Starbucks return with 3 returning favorites and a new creation, in both hot latte and frappuccino options. SET Contemporary Cuisine

I was searching for a place for a nice dinner and when I read about SET on The Honeycombers , I decided to give them a try! SET just open their doors in August, sharing the same concept as their sister, Tao's.  I'm been to Tao's once, like, 5-6 years ago, never really went back after that as I'm not really attracted to the food. At that time, I don't understand why they are only serving sets and no ala carte, but this time at SET, I finally understand their concept. SET is located on the second level of POMO. Just go up the escalator and turn right. Nice, quiet ambiance, great for a romantic dinner... Look at the settings.... Tip: Remember, use the cutleries from the outside, moving in.  The biggest fork & knife is for the main course... Mr Wonderful & I decided to order everything different from each other, so that we can try each other's dishes.  Start with a drink...  We had the Banana & Blue Curaçao Soda.....
