A Grain of Sea Salt - Benefits Your Skin

There are many uses for sea salt, not only to make your food taste better, it actually benefits your skin. Use it as a bath soak, it will help to heal skin problems such as eczema. Use it as a scrub salt, it will cleanse pores and exfoliates your skin, giving you clear, smooth skin, as well as, speeding up you skin's renewal process.
This cheap, economical item, is easily available, perfect for any at-home spa treatment that you can afford.

Sea Salt Bath
Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of sea salt into your water bath and soak for 20 minutes. You can also add some essential oils such as lavender or chamomile, which will also help your mind relax.
Enhancing Scalp Treatment
Use crushed sea salt to scrub your scalp before wetting your hair. It will help to exfoliate your scalp, loosen the dandruff, allowing scalp treatments to penetrate.
Salt Scrub
After wetting your skin, use sea salt to scrub your body gently. This will exfoliate your skin, clear away dead skin cells, giving you smoother skin and improve blood circulation.
Foot Soak
Dissolve some sea salt in some warm water and soak your tired feet to sooth tired muscles. 
Face Scrub
Mixed water with fine grain sea salt into a paste and gently massage the paste onto your skin. Leave on for about 5 minutes before you rinse off.

Reviews: Orbis Aqua Peeling Gel

I've never been a fan of peeling gel. I've tried a few brands before, but somehow, I don't think that it works. It's not that it doesn't clear the dead skin, but rather, I can use the peeling gel continuously 3 times on the same place and still, there are lots of dead skin. So it's either the peeling gel doesn't work or I've got too much dead skin.... I got this sample months back when I shopped at the Pop-Up store at Ion. I tot I should try this out since I've been enjoying some of their products. It's a clear gel, turns watery upon application. I like the fact that the dead skins clumps together instead of the usual when they will drop everywhere in the bathroom. I did a second 'test' right after the first usage on the same area.
