Today, I'm going to review on one of my beauty hauls from Japan, the Canmake Mermaid Skin Gel UV.

(Mr WONDERFUL got them for me during his last business trip.)

About the Product

Splash! Feel as fresh as a mermaid princess.

Benefits:

SPF 50+/PA+++

Smooth gel texture, light & refreshing

It is a base, a moisturizing lotion and also a sun screen

Suitable for face & body

My Reviews:

The gel texture is very lightweight on my skin.

Applies easily and absorbed into the skin easily.

Very cooling texture and refreshes the skin.

Not oily or sticky, doesn't clog pores.

Good for lazy girls as it is works as a moisturizer, make up base and sun screen all in one.

SPF 50+/PA+++ is a plus point.

My make up last longer when I apply this before make up, after my moisturizer.

Can be applied on both face & body.

Cheap when you get it from Japan, less than SGD$10.

Currently, this is my favorite makeup base. Doesn't irritate my skin and not oily too.

Career Switch @ Age 35

If you have went through this, you will know how I feel.... Career switch at age 35 seems like a risk... I have been in the restaurant line for the longest time already, and I spend the last 11 years in my previous company working hard to achieve who I am today. And poof, it's all gone now!!! It's been a long time since Mr Wonderful and I have a date. Glad to spend some private time together for dinner without Baby Joy! It was a surprise dinner date (3 weeks ago) as he just SMS me the venue 5 minutes before I off work. When I reach the restaurant, there was a big crowd outside, waiting for tables.
