Mummy And Baby: Baby's Stuffs - Nursery & Outing

Nursery

1. Cot
What I wanted: Ibenma Lifecot 5-in-1 Baby Cot $480 (Sale Price)
What I actually bought: Playpen $200
Due to space constrain in my small small room, and after discussing with my mum, we decided to get a playpen with wheels.
Reason: After my ML, my mum will be taking care of my little girl for me, so having a playpen with wheels will be easier for my mum. She can wheel the playpen out in the living room during the day time, makes it easier for her to oversee the little girl while she's busy with other stuffs. I bought the playpen on the last day of the baby fair and they agreed to have it delivered to me in late November, when it gets closer to my due date. That's good as I've got limited storage spaces at home.. The deal also comes with a mattress and fitted sheets which I think is a good deal. Will upload a photo when I received it in November.

2. Cot Mattress
What I wanted: No Preference
What I actually bought: Nothing, Cos it comes free with my playpen purchase.
I'm unable to comment much as I still haven't received my playpen and mattress yet.

3. Fitted Mattress Sheets
What I wanted: Simply Life Fitted Cot Sheet
What I actually bought: Not Yet

4. Waterproof Mattress Pad
What I wanted: No Preference
What I actually bought: Waterproof Babycot protector from Qoo10 $17.60 for 2pcs

Qoo10 Seller, SOL Home & Living, has quite good feedback. I got the items within 2 days, material feels good.

Outing

1. Baby Pram/Stroller
What I wanted: Haven't Decide
What I actually bought: Not Yet
Haven't bought yet as I prefer to buy it after she is born, probably in her second or third month.

2. Baby Carrier
What I wanted: Tula Baby Carrier
What I actually bought: Ergobaby Original X-tra $99 (Isetan Sale)

The reviews for Ergobaby's carriers are good and I feel that this is a good deal at $99. The 'X-Tra' comes in just nice for Mr WONDERFUL as this carrier comes with all the extra long straps which is suitable for his tall frame.

3. Diaper Bag
What I wanted: JuJuBe B.F.F - Duchess OR Be Right Back Lagacy $155 - $180
What I actually bought: Comer Mummy Bag $25.90 (Including Shipping)

This Comer Mummy Bag is more affordable and the designs are quite stylish too.
The reviews for this Qoo10 seller, HumblePhee, is good and the material is sturdy too. This is a 3 way bag and includes a travel changing mat & milk bottle pouch. There are many compartments for all the different baby stuffs you need. You can have it sling over you shoulder, as a backpack or as a shoulder tote.

4. Travel Changing Mat
What I wanted: No Preference
What I actually bought: Nothing, Cos it comes free with my diaper bag.

5. Thermal Bottle/Container/Bag
What I wanted: No Perferences
What I actually bought: Not Yet
I think it's still early for this and they can be bought easily. Maybe I can get them during the next Isetan Sale..

Lookout for my next post to find out what other stuffs I got!

Lotsa LOVE,
Annette

Reviews: Orbis Aqua Peeling Gel

I've never been a fan of peeling gel. I've tried a few brands before, but somehow, I don't think that it works. It's not that it doesn't clear the dead skin, but rather, I can use the peeling gel continuously 3 times on the same place and still, there are lots of dead skin. So it's either the peeling gel doesn't work or I've got too much dead skin.... I got this sample months back when I shopped at the Pop-Up store at Ion. I tot I should try this out since I've been enjoying some of their products. It's a clear gel, turns watery upon application. I like the fact that the dead skins clumps together instead of the usual when they will drop everywhere in the bathroom. I did a second 'test' right after the first usage on the same area. Guess what?  Orbis Aqua Peeling Gel is really up to my expectations.... The first application had removed quite a bit of the dead skin on my hands, and during th...

QOO10 - My Favourite Online Shopping Platform

This post is up for all my friends who are new to online shopping and you know who you are... Haha... I'm sure that everybody knows about QOO10, previously known as Gmarket. I'm here to give you some tips on how to make online shopping at QOO10 a breeze, without the fear of being cheated. 1. Sign up for an account The first thing to do is to sign up for an account. Click here to sign up now. 2. Search for your products Normally I will search for the products under the best selling category. It means that the item is very popular with a lot of buyers. 3. Check out the seller's/Shop's review Compare and check the reviews. Look out for details such as quality, delivery and seller's service. I will normally skip products that are cheap but there's no review, as I don't like to take risks. I will rather spend a few dollars more to buy from reputable sellers/shops. Another thing to take note is that a ...
