Reviews: Bulgarian Rose Karlovo Natural Rose Water

Ever since I started using Gulsha Damask Rose Water, I'm in love with any products that contains rose extracts.

I have recently just finished using my Rose Water Face & Body Mist by L'Occitane and started using this Natural Rose Water by Bulgarian Rose Karlovo.

I've won this from a facebook giveaway earlier this year. Haven't got the chance to using this as I had bought quite a few bottles of L'Occitane Rose Mist during my last trip back to KL. Buying this duty free is cheap... :)

About the Brand

Bulgarian Rose PLC - Karlovo
The future of Natural Cosmetics for Skin & Hair
A successor to decades of tradition in the processing of rose blossoms from the famous Valley of Roses and in the production of natural aromatic products and high quality cosmetic products.

About the Product - Natural Rose Water
100% natural rose water obtained by distillation of the flowers of the oil-bearing Rosa Damascena P.Mill. The rose water is a natural tonic. Soothes, moisturizes and refreshes the skin.

Benefits of Rose Water
Rose water helps to tone and hydrate the skin. It also helps to soothe sensitive skin, as well as reduce redness on the skin. Prolong use also helps in anti-aging.

My Reviews: First of all, this product contains no alcohol & preservatives, which is good for pregnant mummy like me. Secondly, the fragrance of roses really helps to soothes my mind, especially after a long day at work. The fragrance of this rose water is really 'raw', as if I'm smelling from a real rose. No added fragrance, which is good. Thirdly, rose water really helps to keep my skin hydrated throughout the day, especially when I'm always in air-condition room. I like to bring the Rose water with me in a small bottle, and mist them anytime when needed! You can also replace your toner with Rose water, or soak a paper mask in Rose water and create your own Rose mask.
It feels so good to know that that the Rose Water that I'm using is natural, good for my skin and safe for the baby in me.

Eat And Drink: Christmas with Starbucks & Final Giveaway for 2015

Have you tried the Christmas beverages from Starbucks?  美味しいです。。(Delicious in Japanese) This year Starbucks return with 3 returning favorites and a new creation, in both hot latte and frappuccino options. Latte Version Photo credits: Starbucks Singapore New Creation:  Christmas Panettone Latte Returning Favorite:  Peppermint Mocha Latte (Recommended) Gingerbread Latte Toffee Nut Latte Frappuccino Version Photo Credits: Starbucks Singapore New Creation:  Christmas Panettone  Returning Favorite:  Peppermint Mocha (Recommended) Gingerbread Toffee Nut  I've tried all the hot & cold flavors and I preferred the usual Peppermint Mocha in both hot & cold options. As for the new creation, Christmas Panettone, it doesn't give me any surprises at all. I think the dried fruits sprinkle doesn't do justice to the drink too.  Another item that I highly recommend is the Chocolate ...

Reviews: Orbis Aqua Peeling Gel

I've never been a fan of peeling gel. I've tried a few brands before, but somehow, I don't think that it works. It's not that it doesn't clear the dead skin, but rather, I can use the peeling gel continuously 3 times on the same place and still, there are lots of dead skin. So it's either the peeling gel doesn't work or I've got too much dead skin.... I got this sample months back when I shopped at the Pop-Up store at Ion. I tot I should try this out since I've been enjoying some of their products. It's a clear gel, turns watery upon application. I like the fact that the dead skins clumps together instead of the usual when they will drop everywhere in the bathroom. I did a second 'test' right after the first usage on the same area. Guess what?  Orbis Aqua Peeling Gel is really up to my expectations.... The first application had removed quite a bit of the dead skin on my hands, and during th...
