Reviews: 1028 Hydrating Eye & Lip Makeup Remover

I bought this during my Taiwan trip last month. I'm loving it so much.

You need to shake the bottle before using it.

I tried it on different types of eye liner and they are removed easily.

I only leave the soak cotton on my skin for about 15 seconds and gently wipe off, most of the mascara came off with the first wipe.

My Reviews: What I like most is that this remover is that it doesn't irritate my eyes at all. It does a great job of removing even waterproof eyeliner and mascara. All I did was to leave the soak cotton on my eyes, pressing it gently for about 15 seconds, and most of the mascara/eyeliner came of easily.
